Have you had disappointments in life?  Lost a job or a loved one?  

Do you suffer from anxiety, depression or physical pain?   Or do you just feel stuck?

Any change or disappointment in one’s life causes grief!  Grief is not just about death.  If you have moved, experienced disappointments, lost a job or promotion, retired… you may have unresolved grief.  This unresolved grief can cause physical pain, depression, anxiety… it can drive our decisions and directly affect our capacity for joy.  People tell us to move on, but no one tells us how… until now!

Breathing BEYOND Grief™ is a program that will show you how to move beyond the pain of loss and will leave leave you feeling lighter, energized and empowered with the actions necessary to take back your joy!

It is designed to give you the tools necessary to move beyond the pain of loss, change and unmet hopes and dreams in one’s life at a deep level.   Through writing exercises and communication, we begin to discover and integrate prolonged grief and negativity at the conscious level, while working with the technique of Transformational Breath® and sound healing to integrate grief at the subconscious and cellular level making for deep transformation and empowerment.

Experience a new sense of freedom and empowerment as you leave with techniques to complete the unfinished business of the past, heal current relationships and truly embrace the present!

The Beginning:

JenGronbachSenior Transformational Breath® Trainer and Grief Specialist, Jennifer Gronbach created Breathing BEYOND Grief out of a deep desire to share the processes that have saved her life.  Experiencing depression and internal struggle, she found healing in the power of her breath.  As deeper truths were revealed by the breathwork, the writing and communication became increasingly important for her to feel seen, heard and loved on all levels.  This allowed her to come out of emotional hiding, truly embrace who she was and live in authenticity.  Incorporating her love of music and sound, she uses her voice, gongs, crystal bowls and other instruments to bring the healing power of sound to this program. 


This is a program with short homework assignments during the week. There will be small group sessions, so full participation is required for the safety and support of each participant.  Come prepared to do the work necessary to move beyond and feel great!

Is there anything I need to bring?

Please bring a bed-size pillow, blanket and re-usable water bottle.  We take care of the rest.  

What should I wear?

You want to dress comfortably for ease of breathing.  We also suggest you bring layers since temperatures can fluctuate during our breath sessions.  

What if I have special dietary needs?

We cannot accommodate very restrictive diets.  Please make arrangements for your specific needs.   

Is there support during the weekend?

Yes!  The staff are all Transformational Breath® facilitators and/or trainers.  The ratio between staff and participant is generally 3:1 or 2:1 depending on enrollment.  

Can I attend with a family member?

For sure!   We will have you be in separate small groups for optimal safety and honest communications; however, this is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your connection together.  

Are accommodations and meals included in workshop fee?

Accommodations are at an additional cost.  Contact the coordinator for the specific training for details.
