Do you feel tired and stressed? Do you feel in charge of your emotions or are they in charge of you? Do you feel stuck and not sure how to move forward?
Our work is focused on teaching you to tap into the most powerful tool you already have – your breath! Consciously working to open restricted breathing allows you to improve health, integrate suppressed emotions and connect more fully with the peace that is in each moment. Restricted and shallow breathing contributes to fatigue, stress, anxiety, and disease, and yet most of us rarely take a full, conscious breath. Through breath work, writing processes and other powerful modalities, we begin the clearing process to get you back to feeling joyful again.
NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, The Clearing Center is closed until further notice. Online Sessions for grief work are available. Call for scheduling.

Scheduling an introductory session is the best way to get started at The Clearing Center.
In this session we will discuss your needs, what you want to accomplish and how we can tailor a program that’s just right for you. You will also experience a full 1-hour breath session.
