An Integrative Approach

Imagine…You are standing at the head of a large banquet table with many place settings, each inviting different aspects of you to the feast. Is everyone welcome? Or just certain ones, like the smart one, the happy one and the successful one? Are you willing to invite the inadequate one, the scared one or even the angry one?

When we don’t invite all of ourselves to our life experience we feel splintered and incomplete. By welcoming all aspects of ourselves with love and respect we begin our journey back to wholeness and overall wellness.

The first step - open your breath. We’ve learned to hold our breath because of emotional stress. Now we learn to open it once again and utilize it for physical vitality, mental and emotional well-being and spiritual connection.

Second step - discover what is inside . Take inventory of the emotional stress and grief our body is holding onto and learn healthy ways to move forward.

Third step - embrace emotional development. No longer just reacting to life, we now learn to use our daily triggers for empowerment and begin to take charge of the direction of our life. Learn to respond vs. react.

Once we get these fundamentals under our belt, there will be opportunities to enjoy more abundance, appreciation, expression, and overall connection.

In this program we learn that we are all grieving, as grief is not just about death… it’s about loss. And loss happens when things change in our lives and we lose the way things used to be. Since COVID, everyone is grieving.

  • Let, Listen & Love

    Let, Listen & Love is another fundamental practice that helps you become more present in your life. You will feel empowered to respond vs. react to situations that trigger you and feel in charge of your experience. This practice creates more capacity for present moment awareness and peace. Learn to navigate your emotions and end recurring patterns. Truly see how life is happening for you instead of to you.
