Online Breath Session Setup
For the best experience during your session, it is important to have all of your supplies ready beforehand. Create your breathing space with the guidance and supplies listed below.
A quiet, uninterrupted space. Let others know you may make some sounds and not to interrupt.
A mat, bed or couch to lay on.
4 to 6 pillows. Enough to prop ourselves at a 45 degree angle and for making sounds
2 or 3 blankets. Temperature can fluctuate and for comfort.
Belly Bag or something of weight for your belly. (To make at home: Place bags of rice or beans (7 lbs) in a pillowcase and roll up).
Mouthpiece. (To make at home: Cut top of water bottle a little below the neck of the bottle for a mouthpiece).
Tissues
Waste bin
Handtowel
Water
Test computer setup beforehand, making sure we can see your torso during session.
Wear light-colored shirt (easier for us to observe your breath pattern).
Bring your adventurer’s open mind and willing heart.
