Meet Jen
Jennifer has been a sojourner of Presence for 12 years. With suicidal ideations, she had to reconnect with her heart to find her value and worth. This started a journey with breathwork, mindfulness, devotional singing and the hard work of daily emotional navigation. She found the support of Presence in each tear, in every failure and in every small win and great joy. No longer numb to life, she lives with awareness and love, hoping to live by example and share these tools and her journey with others.
