Learn to live in the present moment with this online breathwork series. Develop a consistent breathing practice, learn to respond vs. react and begin to end those old patterns!
The Presence Process by Michael Brown is a self-facilitated daily breathing practice that takes you into deeper awarenesses with the breath.
Our group will meet Mondays 5:30-7:00 pm Pacific for 11 weeks as we journey through the breath practice and have a followup week. There will be teaching on the upcoming week’s content, time for participants to share or ask questions and we will do some breathwork each week as a group.
Your personal work through the practice will be 15 minutes of breath meditation 2 x per day.
